Dreamweavers Behavioral Health Clinic is designed to bring therapy, support, and real-world skill-building directly to students and families.
We specialize in working with neurodiverse students and Medicaid-eligible families, delivering services not just in school—but in the community, where skills can be practiced, applied, and truly sustained.
At Dreamweavers, we believe mental health is the foundation of learning. That’s why we take a trauma-informed, relationship-centered approach—meeting students and families where they are and walking alongside them.
What makes us different is how we bring IEP goals to life—helping students build emotional regulation, executive functioning, and independence in everyday settings. We have a particular focus on emerging adults—those who have exited traditional services but still need support as they navigate adulthood.
We also partner closely with families, equipping them with practical strategies at home that reinforce long-term success.
Through Dreamweavers, students and families can access:
- Individual therapy
- Group support
- Case management
- Skill-building for daily functioning
- Family guidance and coaching
